No Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing Errors: As our products are made to order based on your unique designs and measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing mistakes.

Pre-Production Sample: To ensure your complete satisfaction, we highly recommend ordering a pre-production sample before placing a bulk order. This allows you to verify the fit, quality, and design before final production. The cost of the sample is separate but may be credited towards your future bulk order.
Manufacturing Defects

Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will assess the situation. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Shipping and Import Duties
