By placing an order with Lusco Sports ("we," "us," "our"), you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon written approval and receipt of a **50% deposit**.
- The final **50% balance + shipping** must be paid before your order is shipped.
2. Custom Products & Changes
- Our products are (made-to-order). Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind or sizing errors.
- The Client is responsible for approving all digital proofs and mockups before production begins. We are not liable for errors approved by the Client.
3. Artwork & Copyright
- You confirm that any artwork, logos, or designs you provide are owned by you or you have permission to use them. Lusco Sports is not liable for copyright infringement from client-provided designs.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping costs are included in our quoted prices for most destinations
- For faster shipping methods (e.g., express courier), additional charges will apply and will be communicated before you confirm your order
- We are not liable for delays or losses once the shipment is with the courier
5.Delivery & Import Fees
- The Client is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country
6. Quality & Defects
- We stand by our quality. We warranty our products against manufacturing defects for 14 days.
- To claim, you must notify us within **14 days** of delivery with details and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the defective items at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability to you is limited to the value of the order placed.
